Reports issued by PrymaLab Analytical, the manufacturer's in-house laboratory. The original documents are reproduced unchanged; this website has not independently repeated the assays.
What do the two certificates report?
Both reports record a PASS conclusion for the listed tests. The results below are transcribed from the original documents. They apply to the named lots, not to every product sold under the GLOW name.12
| Test | Method shown | 50 mg lot | 70 mg lot |
|---|---|---|---|
| Appearance | Visual inspection | Blue lyophilized cake | Blue lyophilized cake |
| Component identity | LC-MS, ESI positive | 3/3 confirmed | 3/3 confirmed |
| Blend purity | RP-HPLC, UV 214 nm, area% | 99.70% | 99.72% |
| Largest impurity | RP-HPLC, area% | 0.11% at 6.92 min | 0.10% at 5.32 min |
| Water content | Karl Fischer | 2.0% | 2.0% |
| Bacterial endotoxin | LAL, kinetic | 0.05 EU/mg | 0.05 EU/mg |
| Sterility / bioburden | USP <71>, membrane filtration | No growth; conforms | No growth; conforms |
The reports state that every listed specification was met. A PASS is a lot-release result for these tests; it is not a statement about clinical effectiveness or a personal-use dose.
See the peaks, not just a purity badge
These are excerpts from the actual certificates. Each trace labels three main component peaks and smaller impurity peaks. The full peak tables remain available on page 2 of each PDF.

| Peak | Retention time | 50 mg: area% | 70 mg: area% |
|---|---|---|---|
| GHK-Cu | 2.20 min | 70.00 | 71.26 |
| BPC-157 | 4.68 min | 9.95 | 14.12 |
| TB-500 | 6.08 min | 19.75 | 14.34 |
Peak area is not a milligram measurement. Keep the chart percentages separate from the labeled ingredient amounts. The 50 mg formula is 35/5/10 mg; the 70 mg formula is 50/10/10 mg. Those are composition entries, not values calculated here from the chromatogram.12
Three component identities, documented separately
The LC-MS results list deconvoluted masses of 402.1, 1419.8 and 4963.7 Da for GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500, respectively, in each report. The certificates record all three as within the stated identity tolerance.12
These specific documents identify TB-500 as Thymosin β4, 43 residues. That wording is retained here. The product name alone should not replace the sequence and identity given in the record.
Where are the test methods?
Page 2 lists a Waters Alliance e2695 HPLC system, a C18 column, UV detection at 214 nm and a ten-minute run. It also records the gradient, mass-spectrometry details, additional-test dates and review roles. Open the complete PDF to inspect the method rather than relying only on the cropped chart.
Match the product, lot and certificate
The lot number identifies the batch; the certificate number identifies its report. They are not the same number. Both appear near the top of the original PDF.
| Record | 50 mg vial | 70 mg vial |
|---|---|---|
| Lot | PL-2609-042 | PL-2609-043 |
| Certificate | PL-26-00042 | PL-26-00043 |
| Date made | 16 September 2026 | 15 September 2026 |
| Date of analysis | 18 September 2026 | 17 September 2026 |
| Date issued | 3 October 2026 | 3 October 2026 |
| Retest / expiry | 16 September 2028 | 15 September 2028 |
| Sealed storage | −20 °C, desiccated, dark | −20 °C, desiccated, dark |
The original reports record two sampled units from each 250-unit lot. Use the current product label to match the lot before relying on one of these documents. Retest and storage entries are reproduced from the source, not extended to a prepared solution or the autoinjector.
Check the certificate with its issuer
Copy the certificate number and its matching key, then open PrymaLab's verification page. The certificates name that service as the place to compare a document with the issuer's record.

The issuer's page opens separately. Copying an identifier here does not perform an authenticity check or display an issuer-confirmed result.
Autoinjector: contents and storage

3 mL solution · 50 mg/mL label
The supplied manufacturer specification lists 107 mg GHK-Cu, 21.4 mg BPC-157 and 21.4 mg TB-500 (Thymosin β4) per pen. Its headline total is 150 mg; the component figures as printed sum to 149.8 mg.3
The form is an aqueous solution in bacteriostatic water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, inside a glass cartridge. Sealed storage is 2–8 °C in the original carton, protected from light.
SDS identifier: PL-SDS-070.

Quick answers about GLOW COAs
Are these the full certificates?
Yes. Each linked PDF has two pages. Page 1 contains the summary and chromatogram; page 2 contains methods, the peak table, additional-test records and approval details.
Were these lots independently third-party tested?
Does 99.70% or 99.72% mean that much material is present in the vial?
No. These figures are reported chromatographic area percentages. The quantities of 35/5/10 mg and 50/10/10 mg are the composition entries in the certificates, not a conversion of peak areas into measured vial contents.
Which report belongs to the 50 mg product?
Lot PL-2609-042, certificate PL-26-00042, verification key BL5CVBZM. The report library provides the original PDF.
Which report belongs to the 70 mg product?
Lot PL-2609-043, certificate PL-26-00043, verification key 86MP9DE8. Copy the number and key from the verification section.
Does PASS establish a personal dose or treatment benefit?
No. It is the report's conclusion for the specifications tested on the named lot. The certificates state that the products are for laboratory research only, not human or veterinary use.
My lot number is different. What should I use?
Request the matching document for that lot rather than treating a similar product name as a match. Send the lot and product name to [email protected].
