GLOW / YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

This notice explains the information involved when you browse glow-peptide.us, use its page tools or email [email protected]. It covers this website, not another website you choose to visit.

01SCOPE

Website features covered by this notice

The current website has articles, product information, a photo carousel, document links and a batch-report filter. It does not have a registration form, contact form, newsletter sign-up or payment form. Its purchase buttons do not currently create an order or collect a payment.

Privacy questions about this site should be sent to [email protected]. The website address is not the identity of a laboratory, and the contact details printed on a manufacturer's certificate belong to that issuer, not to this website.

02BROWSING

Information involved in delivering a page

Your browser requests pages, images, styles, scripts and PDFs from the web host. Delivering those files involves technical request information such as an IP address, requested address, request time and browser details. The hosting service may retain access and security logs under its own configuration.

Such records can be used to deliver the site, investigate faults and protect against abuse. They are separate from an email you send and from the information displayed in a public COA. Do not assume that a static website means no technical data is processed.

03CORRESPONDENCE

Information you send by email

When you email the site, your address, message and any attachments are processed by the email services involved in delivery. Include only what is needed for the question. A page link and a product or certificate number are usually more useful than sensitive personal information.

Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, identity documents or detailed medical records. The mailbox is not an emergency or clinical consultation service. To raise a photo-rights issue, identify the relevant image without sending unnecessary sensitive records.

Correspondence is used to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up. Requesting website help does not itself sign you up to marketing.

04COOKIES & PAGE TOOLS

What the page controls do

The supplied page code does not set analytics or advertising cookies, run advertising pixels or embed third-party video or chat widgets. The report filter, format selector and photo carousel work locally in the browser. Typing a lot number into the filter does not submit it to a search service.

Copy buttons write a displayed value to your clipboard when you activate them. They do not read your clipboard. Images and original report files are served as site assets; opening an external verification link is a separate action.

Hosting, security or email services can have their own processing. The description above concerns the website's page features; it is not a claim that every service in the delivery chain is anonymous or cookie-free.

05EXTERNAL DESTINATIONS

Research links and issuer verification

Following a link to a journal, a community discussion, a supplier or a verification service takes you to a different operator. That operator receives your request and applies its own terms and privacy practices. Merely reading a source citation here does not open the linked website.

The certificate library distinguishes local document downloads from the issuer's external verification page. If purchase links are connected to a seller in the future, check that seller's privacy and transaction information before submitting an order.

06SERVICE RECORDS

Providers and retention

Website delivery and email correspondence require hosting and email service providers. Their systems may process request records or messages on behalf of the operator. Information may also need to be disclosed to respond to a valid legal requirement or to investigate misuse.

There is no single browser setting that deletes a provider's access logs or a message already sent. Retention depends on the information involved, the purpose for which it is needed, applicable obligations and the provider's configured settings. Email [email protected] for a question about a particular record or a deletion request.

07YOUR CHOICES

Requests and questions

You can browse the public pages without creating an account or contacting us. Your browser can also control cookies and stored website data, although that does not erase server-side records or email correspondence.

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to its use, receive a portable copy, or complain to the relevant authority. Send a request to [email protected] describing the information and request. Only the details reasonably needed to identify the record and assess the request should be provided.

The site is not designed to solicit information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information can contact the same address.
